01 - Overview
At iTrade FX, we provide access to digital services, digital content, and subscription-based educational products.
Because of the digital nature of the service, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and consistent with applicable consumer law.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or any paid access plan.
02 - General Rule
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
We do not generally offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- lack of usage
- failure to read the service description
- dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- trading losses
- market conditions
- failure to cancel before renewal
- incompatibility with third-party platforms outside our control
- disagreement with educational views, analysis style, or trading approach
When you purchase access to our digital services, you are purchasing access to educational content and community features, not guaranteed outcomes.
03 - EU Consumer Law and Immediate Access
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may in some circumstances have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content and digital services, that right can be lost once performance begins, provided the required legal conditions are met, including prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right, where applicable.
Accordingly, where permitted by law, by purchasing and requesting immediate access to iTrade FX content, community access, or subscription services, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable withdrawal right once the service begins.
If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you non-waivable rights, nothing in this Refund Policy limits those rights.
04 - Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge associated with your selected plan.
If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before renewal. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the paid billing period, after which it will terminate automatically.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in an active billing period, except where required by law.
05 - Exceptional Refunds
Although refunds are generally not offered, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, such as:
- duplicate charges
- proven technical failure that prevented access and was not resolved within a reasonable time
- accidental multiple subscriptions for the same user
- other exceptional billing errors clearly attributable to us
Any such refund remains at our sole discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To request review, you must contact us within 48 hours of the issue arising and provide sufficient detail for us to investigate.
06 - Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will normally not be granted for:
- failure to use the subscription
- inactivity in the community
- dissatisfaction with trading outcomes
- dissatisfaction with market conditions
- misunderstanding of the educational nature of the service
- suspension or termination caused by breach of our Terms of Service
- account removal due to abusive conduct, content sharing, or misuse of the service
07 - Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes raised in bad faith, or attempts to retain access while reversing payment may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to iTrade FX services.
08 - Processing Time
If we approve a refund, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Actual timing may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.
